1. What is NUBL?
NUBL is a digital charitable platform that aims to connect beneficiaries with providers and supporters, and to enable the management of requests and financial and in-kind contributions and the electronic follow-up of their execution in accordance with approved operational controls. The platform provides services including submitting requests, reviewing them, approving them, adopting them, tracking them, executing them, and documenting their completion where applicable.
2. Acceptance of the terms
Your use of NUBL, creating an account, or benefiting from any of its services constitutes your express agreement to these Terms and Conditions and to all related policies, including the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must stop using the platform.
3. Eligibility to use the platform
You agree that all information you provide is accurate, correct, and up to date. The platform may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to services if you provide false or misleading information, misuse the platform, or violate applicable laws or these Terms.
4. User accounts

- Beneficiary
- Provider / implementing entity

Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities performed through their account, and must notify platform administration immediately if they suspect any unauthorized use.
5. Nature of the platform’s services
NUBL operates as a digital platform to manage and coordinate requests, contributions, and related services, including receiving requests, verifying them, presenting them to relevant parties, tracking request status, and documenting execution where appropriate. The appearance of a request on the platform, or its receipt or review, does not mean there is a final commitment to accept, execute, or fund it until the approved procedures and controls within the platform are completed.
6. Requests, approvals, and execution
Requests submitted through the platform are subject to review, verification, acceptance, rejection, referral, or waiting in accordance with approved operational and financial controls. The platform or the authorized entity may request additional documents or information before deciding on a request.
A request’s status may change during its lifecycle within the platform depending on review outcomes, approval, adoption, execution, or cancellation. The status shown in the user’s account is the official reference for tracking the request.
7. Donations and contributions
If the platform enables the receipt of financial or in-kind donations or contributions, they are used in accordance with the procedures and controls approved within the platform. You acknowledge that payment, transfer, or verification processes may be carried out through payment service providers or technical integrations with third parties, and such processes may also be subject to those parties’ policies where applicable.
The platform is not responsible for delays or failures caused by payment systems or technical systems belonging to external parties, while committing to make reasonable efforts to address issues related to the service.
8. Verification, receipt, and proof
The platform may rely on electronic verification or receipt mechanisms, including verification codes, redemption codes, or other technical means, to confirm entitlement, validate execution, or complete delivery. Use of these mechanisms is part of the platform’s operational and security procedures; circumventing them, sharing them, or using them unlawfully is prohibited.
The platform may request or retain proofs related to completion or delivery when necessary for verification, documentation, compliance, or operational processing.
9. User obligations
You agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading data or documents.
- Use the platform for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable regulations.
- Misuse services, attempt to disrupt the platform, or circumvent its mechanisms.
- Gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, or technical interfaces.
- Upload malicious files, harmful content, or damaging code.
- Use the platform in a way that infringes the rights of beneficiaries, providers, donors, or administration.
- Republish, copy, or exploit platform content or data without permission.
10. Account suspension or service interruption
The platform may, as it deems appropriate, suspend an account, restrict certain permissions, or temporarily or permanently stop access if these Terms are violated, misuse is suspected, or for operational, security, or regulatory reasons, without prejudice to the platform’s right to take further action it considers necessary.
11. Intellectual property
All rights related to the platform, including the trade name, content, texts, designs, interfaces, databases, software, and operational outputs, are owned by NUBL or its licensors and are protected under applicable laws. No part may be copied, modified, reused, or published without prior written consent.
12. Technical availability and maintenance
The platform makes reasonable efforts to provide and maintain the service; however, it does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, freedom from errors, or absence of delays. The service may be suspended in whole or in part for maintenance, updates, development, or reasons beyond its control.
13. Limitation of liability
Platform services and content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the platform is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, losses, or lost profits arising from use of the platform, inability to use it, reliance on any content, delays, interruptions, technical failures, or actions by third parties.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the platform, its administration, employees, and representatives from any claims, losses, damages, costs, or obligations arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the platform, violation of laws, or infringement of third-party rights.

The platform may contain links or integrations with websites, systems, or service providers from third parties. These are provided for convenience. The platform is not responsible for their content, policies, availability, or consequences of using them.
16. Privacy and data protection
